Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST may be processed the following business day.

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery to addresses within the Santa Clarita Valley. Local delivery orders typically arrive within 1–2 business days after processing. A delivery confirmation will be sent once your order is on its way.

Standard Shipping

For orders outside the local delivery area, we ship via USPS or UPS. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.
